Who is Stimson?

Stimson is an award-winning research center, dedicated to solving some of the world’s greatest threats to security and prosperity. Through the use of collective action, they are able to resolve threats that normally can’t be done by any single government, individual, or business. Founded in 1989, Stimson has successfully developed innovative approaches to finding solutions to other challenges, such as wildlife protection, water management, and responses to humanitarian crises.

How we helped them

Stimson was looking for a support partner to handle the day to day operations of their website. We started working with Stimson in 2016. We were brought on to help improve the functionality of specific sections of their website as well as resolve a high priority issue where the site would go down completely. Other improvements included moving user profiles to the correct paths, creating embeddable fields in Drupal 7, created an email template form using Vertical Response, as well as moving their hosting over to Pantheon.
